By accessing or using Grimbang ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Grimbang is an AI-powered thumbnail generation platform designed for content creators. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate images based on user-provided prompts and reference images.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Grimbang offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide monthly credits that are used to generate thumbnails.

• Each image generation consumes 1 credit.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Upgrading your plan grants immediate bonus credits; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely through Polar. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the images you upload as references.

Thumbnails generated by the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, including YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, and other content creation activities.

You grant Grimbang a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating thumbnails and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent the Service's systems or security measures
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written consent
• Resell or redistribute the Service or access to it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Thumbnails are generated by AI models and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before publishing or distributing it.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Grimbang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
